Organizing Dialogue, Experience and Knowledge for Complex Problem-Solving

“What’s the book about?”

August 14th, 2012

At least three of the kids have asked what our book is about.

This time it might have been Jason, or maybe it was Rosabel. They waylaid me in the courtyard: Chum wanted to see if he could high five me if I reached my arm up above my head. I know that Curls is eager for progress. Every time we see each other she asks when we will work on it again.

“We have to talk about what the book is about,” I answered. “I’m not sure.”  Rosabel immediately suggested, “Friendship!” Jason then suggested “frenemies.” His definition is enemies that become friends.

This is one of the things we will talk about during the first friendship dinner. We set the first date and time.
